Short Break Announcement – Shop Closing Early on Saturday 18th June ‘22
Taking a short break this weekend, and visiting family in N.Ireland, the shop in Marchmont will be closing early at 2.30pm on Saturday 18th June ’22 , and closed on Sunday 19th June. Re-opening as ususal on Tuesday, between 12.00 – 4.00pm. Online orders over the week end will be posted out on Tuesday 21st June.

Happy to announce that the new online shop is now live and ready to process your orders.
Recent arrival of many old favourite Hedgehog Fibres Merino Sock colours have now been uploaded onto the new online shop.
Icelandic wool has been in short supply since the start of the pandemic, I have just had a recent delivery of a few colours, please check the latest Lett Lopi stock availability on the new online shop.
The old online platform from Selz is now redundant and I have started processing orders on the new beinspiredfibresonline shop which is a BigCommerce platform. New product updates and migration of products to the new site is ongoing. I am sure there will be teething problems, there always are, please be patient!

The shop will be closed between 9th – 16th July inclusive for a short holiday. I will re-open on Wednesday 17th July, at 10.30 -5.00pm as usual, sorry for the inconvenience.
I have received a delivery of the latest Chiaogoo Blue Twist Flexi Shorties sets, but I can only send out after my return from holidays. They are £85.00 each, I also have spare cables and 8cm tips. I have a few sets left.

Just arrived the latest Amirisu magazine from Japan, in a new A4 format and now completely in English. This issue also features – “Loie” a shawl pattern by Edinburgh based designer and tutor – Maddie Harvey,
I have just received a few sets of Chiaogoo’s New Red Lace Twist “Shorties”. This new system looks so amazingly cute, neat and tiny. They are perfect for knitting socks and sleeves, and for small circumferences in the round and especially for people who do not like using DPNs. The combo tips will be sold separately later in the year.

Stand H9 @ Edinburgh Yarn Festival 2018 – The Corn Exchange
The shop in Marchmont will be closed on 15th, 16th and 17th March, and re-open on Sunday after lunch, as I will be exhibiting at the Edinburgh Yarn Festival. This will be my fifth year and I will be taking a selection of highly desirable yarns and needles to add to your collection!
Brands will include Lykke needles, Uschitita, Olann, Hedgehog Fibres, Lotus Cashmere, Yarn from North Ronaldsay, Orkney Angora, Knit Collage, Plotlupi, Malabrigo, Habu Textiles, Madelinetosh, ITO yarns and Riverside Studios from Canada. See you there!
