Be Inspired Fibres is primarily an independent bricks and mortar local yarn shop. I am happy to mail orders to you, even if you are not based in the UK.  If you see something I’ve published on social media and wished to purchase, I am able to send you a PayPal invoice or email you a secure card payment link.

You may also contact me via Facebook or Instagram, I offer a virtual service to customers where I can photo yarns and check stock availability. During the COVID 19 social distancing restrictions, I am able to post as long as the Royal Mail is open to the public. Pick up outside the shop can be arranged for customers who live locally. Please respect the current social distancing measures.

As I am the sole employee, it is often hard to maintain an online shop, as some stock and products can move very quickly in the shop.

The online shop is a work in progress and constantly updated with new products and clearance stock at  beinspiredfibresonline. 

I am currently updating the most popular products which I sell online, but you are still able to make purchases and payments by contacting me via beinspiredfibres@gmail to check on other stock and availability.

You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.By placing an order at Be Inspired Fibres, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Be I nspired Fibres for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Be Inspired Fibres as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Be Inspired Fibres and Zettle payment  / BigCommerce is the ecommerce provider and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Be Inspired Fibres to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the beinspiredfibres Conditions, you agree to the above.

Events outside Be Inspired Fibres’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Be Inspired Fibres is released from Be Inspired Fibres’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

All products remain Be Inspired Fibres’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Be Inspired Fibres. All transfers conducted through Be Inspired Fibres are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Be Inspired Fibres reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.

At the event of when a product is sold out, Be Inspired Fibres has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Be Inspired Fibres shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Be Inspired Fibres will not ship to certain countries, where there is a high risk of parcels getting lost and have  an unreliable postal system.  If this is the case, Be Inspired Fibres may suggest an international specialist courier and will liaise with the customer with regards to extra costs involved with this service.
