Short Break Announcement – Shop Closing Early on Saturday 18th June ‘22
Taking a short break this weekend, and visiting family in N.Ireland, the shop in Marchmont will be closing early at 2.30pm on Saturday 18th June ’22 , and closed on Sunday 19th June. Re-opening as ususal on Tuesday, between 12.00 – 4.00pm. Online orders over the week end will be posted out on Tuesday 21st June.
If you missed out on the amazing Wollmeise stand at this year’s Edinburgh Yarn Festival, do not despair, as their beautiful and intensely dyed yarns are now available to buy in Edinburgh in my shop.
Be Inspired Fibres is located in Marchmont near the Meadows and the University of Edinburgh’s main campus and about a 15mins walk from the Royal Mile/Old Town.

Rohrspatz & Wollmeise is a highly sought after hand-dyed yarn brand, which was started up by Claudia Höll-Wellmann in 2002 and until a few years ago, extremely difficult to get your hands on.
The company is now a family run business and has managed to increase their production capabilities without compromising on their very high standards, so that fans around the globe can continue to enjoy the experience of creating amazing unique products with their high quality and stunning yarns.

The yarns are only available to buy in the shop, as supply is limited and because it is hand dyed there are also no dye lots, as each skein is pretty unique.
I have also a small selection of their Nobody’s Perfect yarns, which are discounted at 20%.for a limited period only.
